TERRA is Latin for Earth. Grounded, centered, balanced. TERRA is earth music, a groove antidote for when the world is throwing you off-balance.
This meditative and restorative music was composed with an hour-long yoga practice in mind. But don’t let that stop you from playing TERRA with your morning coffee, while caught in rush hour traffic, relaxing after a busy day or just finding your own flow.
This music was composed for – EARTH – the second practice of the five-part Elemental Flow Yoga series.
“My approach to composing and recording these “yoga jams” is straightforward – shut down the brain and let the flow happen. This is easier said than done, because the conscious monkey-mind wants to control what the easy-going subconscious mind wants to allow. Feel is everything.
